岗位职责:
1. Develop sales of the company’s products and services overseas or foreign companies in line with sales budget
2. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, phone/emails contact and technical support;
3. Communicate and work well with all levels of the organization, be a team member, support sales organization, communicate with customers and distributors;
4. Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price, discounts and volume in consultation with company;
5. Understand and communicate market trends and changes;
6. Control time and costs in order to be effective, assure and control customer payments, deal with complains;
7. Write customer visits report and discuss problems with sales team;
8. Contribute to written forecasts for annual, quarterly and monthly Revenues Report;
Communicate with the CEO for sales issue.
1. 根据预算开发公司在海外和国内的外资/合资企业的销售业务
2. 通过有效规划、电话/邮件沟通与技术支持实现销售业绩的增长;
3. 与不同部门沟通交流,与客户经销商保持良好关系,支持销售部门的工作;
4. 在公司的监督下,完成销售活动价格谈判等事宜;
5. 了解市场动向;
6. 控制时间与成本,处理客户投诉;
7. 撰写客户来访报告并与销售团队讨论存在的问题;
8. 撰写年度、季度与月度的展望与报告;
向CEO汇报销售相关事宜.
任职要求:
1 Interested in sales
2 English proficiency
3 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
4 Strong power, working independently
Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality
Cross culture understanding
Good understanding about cost structure.
Strong negotiation skill
5 familiar with commence platform, such as Ebay, 速卖通
