Responsibilities

· Overseeing the accounting and finance function and supervising the daily accounting operations of the office in Guangzhou

· Managing forecast, budget and evaluating project capital requirements

· Reviewing and monitoring financial and internal control procedures and drive accounting processes to be effective and efficient

· Liaising with professional parties and local regulatory bodies

· Handling tax planning and treasury issues

Requirements:

· Experience in property developer is a must

· Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

· Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualifications

· Minimum 10 years' relevant experience

· Sound knowledge of PRC and Hong Kong accounting practices

· Independent, self-motivated, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua and Cantonese is a must

· Full time based in Guangzhou
