As a Cash/Liquidity Management Specialist you will be part of a new Operations Team in UBS and as an experienced banking services specialist you will be responsible for orderly and timely execution of operational processes in the bank. Your daily tasks include strong client focus, quality and continuous improvement.
The role will be located in the UBS office in China, Wuxi.
Responsibilities:
? Processing of time-critical payments in the area of cash and liquidity management
? Handling of internal interest claims
? Supervising message flow or the calculation of positions for various currencies.
? Acting as a competent partner in cash and liquidity matters for UBS internal and external clients globally.
? Executing operational processes according to the rules and regulations of the booking center and policies
? Providing support for line managers and staff.
Requirements:
? Experience in payments or accounting
? Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Economics or Finance
? Very high level of written and spoken English is mandatory
? Ability to handle figures and different systems professionally and strong attention to details
? Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to manage high amounts and tight deadlines
? Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
? An exact working method and ethic, reliability and service orientation
? Flexible working time, ability to work in a fast paced environment and team
