Customer Distribution Order Services Specialist *3, Asia Pacific

Come to help us to fulfil the demands of customers and make history together in AP on customer distribution!

CDOS team is responsible for maintaining an efficient replenishment of CDC/CPUs, controlling the Range-set up, monitoring the order flow and securing a qualitative information flow to concerned parties, we are going to run customer distribution in 5 AP markets(CN/JP/KR/AU/IN)

Your assignment
? Follow the Range renewal process and secure NEWS availability in CDC/CPU, coordinate UTG being removed from the CDC/CPU
? Focus on sales activities and constraints period/peak periods preparation
? Monitor CDC/CPU replenishment; Ensure agreed order fulfillment timeline is met btw. DC/ Supplier and CDC/CPU, and if needed coordinate alternative supply
? Support new stores and rebuilds (showroom orders)
? Customer order monitoring and deviation handling
? High quality on day to day communication to concerned parties esp. customer service center and Retail

You report to CDOS Manager in DSAP and the working location is Shanghai.

You need to have:
? 5+ year experience in supply planning or inventory planning
? Good communication, coordination and analytical skills
? High energy and Can-do attitude
