职位描述：
General Description:
Investigates and assesses new TRG markets for potential new business development. Develops and delivers a business plan for TRG market opportunity. Critically reviews progress against plan to ensure the TRG vision of 2020.
Responsible for all technical support to our TRG customer to ensure the maximum value of our products and services are magnified. Be the Voice of customer to uncover needs and opportunities to enhance SI’s position in Key Accounts. Identify & develop technical requirements and product expectation to enable SI to modify and create new products

Function 1:
？ Assesses potential Technical Rubber Goods market size, needs, existing and potential competitive situations, technical feasibility and other critical success factors. Researches, analyzes and reports industry trends and data that impact business’ volume, margins, utilization, and market share. Assesses SI group strengths and weaknesses relative to the market needs in order to determine business opportunities for growth in current fields and expansion into new markets
？ Develops and assesses business opportunity starting with idea or concept. Evaluates potential new products against market opportunities/challenges and compatibility with SI’s strengths and business strategies
？ Work with R&D, customer service, finance, manufacture and logistics to establish a communication path with the customer to ensure new business opportunities for product and services. Ensure to achieve 900 Mt per year new TRG business in 2020 plus support of existing TRG business growth

Function 2:
？ Facilitates introduction of new products or grades, negotiating quality specifications by overseeing customer trials and obtaining technical approvals. Ensures resolution of product problems.
？ Ensure our products are being used correctly and achieving its full maximum value in customer’s production.
？ Constantly uncovering needs and opportunities at customer end for incremental sales, profit improvement & new products development, working closely with Sales Team
？ Work with global TRG product and technology managers to leverage the global strength while building up local know-how

岗位要求：

Education and Experience:
？ Bachelor's Degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry or closely related major.
？ At least 7 years solid experience in chemistry industry, at least 5 years in Rubber non-tire industry.
？ Rich experience in dealing with local Chinese customers and also foreign enterprises.

Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin.

？ Strong knowledge of the rubber non tire industries as well as some of the emerging industries such as Belts, Hoses, Roller Covers, Automotive parts, cushion, seals, remould tires, after market tires, two wheels tires etc.
？ Technical Product and Process Knowledge. Knowledge and capabilities to be recognized as credible advisor in the manufacturing technology, implementation and stewardship.
