Your challenge

The quality engineer in BU Mobile Broadband;
1. Product creation:
a. Product quality strategy and release
b. Product safe launch planning and execution
2. Customer quality:
a. Create and maintain an in depth knowledge on customer quality requirements
b. Drive compliance of our products towards these requirements
c. Complaint handling
d. Help or drive 8D
e. Interface with customers on quality

Your profile

? Experienced in product quality requirements and stressing methodologies
? Good knowledge in failure mechanisms of semiconductor devices and corresponding test requirements
? Experience on problem solving techniques like 8D, DMAIC, and quality tools like FMEA
? Experience in semiconductor industrialization and manufacturing processes, preferably in RF-power business.
? Experience in customer contacts
? Experience in an international environment
? Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in reading and writing
? Excellent drive for results
? Team player
? Great communication skills, good listener

Your education
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in physics, chemistry, or Electrical Engineering. 举报 分享
