General Purpose:
To be developed as management or professional role in the manufacturing area through systematic on job training program with demonstration of strong ownership and leadership potential in supporting day to day operation activities.
Principle Accountabilities/职责描述：
1,Work on day to day operation activities at different positions,
2,Engaged in systematic on job training program to gain required skills within the time defined frame.
3,Participate assigned improvement projects with expected contribution.
4,Identify or initiate improvement opportunities at the assigned positions.
5,Build network and working relationship with cross function team and outside resources.
6,Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership potential at day to day job.
Skill &Knowledge required/资质要求：
1,University degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering field.
2,Fresh graduate or less than one year working experience.
3,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4,Willing to work at manufacturing area.
5,Proficiency in the English(verbal &written)required.
