职位描述：
MAIN TASKS
？ Act as a facilitator for timely and effective pre-production sample introduction into the relevant supplier factory

？ Report effectively within the QA/QC departmental structure to KISS on the relevant order status

？ Work with the relevant supplier factory to produce capacity planning information in relation to the required delivery dates requested by KISS

？ Conduct scheduled and sustained in-line quality inspections to ensure that the required quality standards are being met at all production stages

？ Collect scheduled and sustained in-line production output reports to ensure that the actual production output is in agreement with the Supplier forecasted delivery date

？ Request and manage any changes to production practices required to ensure that quality standards and projected production targets are being met

？ Carry out all duties and responsibilities in conjunction with KISS counterparts in Kiabi France. To diligently interface and cooperate with Kiabi France personnel to ensure adherence to Kiabi norms and efficient and accurate transfer of information at all times.

？ Conduct parallel final inspections, as required, of any KISS order with any specified contracted company (OTTO International) and report findings to KISS

？ Assist in the implementation of new QC initiatives, policies and procedures

？ Conduct technical evaluations of new factories based on KISS prescribed criteria and provide recommendations to KISS management

？ Monitor and conduct periodic assessment of any specified contracted company (OTTO International) in-line and final inspection activities

？ Make effective use of the KISS and QA/QC Department reporting procedures and IT systems to ensure timely reporting and integrity of information 举报 分享
