职位描述：

1.填写采购申请书并跟进审批情况；

2.制定采购合同并做好相关资料的归档工作；

3.做好入库通知，并及时反馈库存情况；

4.追踪供应商发票，收到并与入库单核对无误后登记台帐并移交财务部；

5.填写付款单，经主管审批后，跟踪付款情况；

6.定期与财务部门和供应商对帐；

7.定期整理供应商相关文件归档备查；

9.建立主营产品之采购资料库，应包含主要供应商、备选供应商、运输方式、指标、MSDS；

10.满足公司内控要求；

11.完成经理和主管交办的其他工作。

资格条件：

1.大专以上学历（外贸或化工专业）。

2.二年以上工作经验，熟悉化工产品市场优先。

3.熟练使用OFFICE软件，分析能力强，数字概念强，报表能力突出；

4.责任感强，具备独立工作的能力；

5.条理清晰，思维敏捷；

6.良好的沟通、团队协作能力。
