职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.管理公司的驾驶员资源，完成从驾驶员招聘、上岗、培训、考核、解聘等的驾驶员管理工作，使驾驶员在数量和服务质量满足公司业务发展的需要；
2.对驾驶员队伍的日常管理提供指导，并对驾驶员服务质量进行监控；
3.组织驾驶员培训，及时掌握驾驶员动态，传达公司相关政策；
4.按公司驾驶员管理的规定，对驾驶员进行日常考核和奖惩；
5.领导交办的其他事项。
任职资格：
1.30周岁以上，大专以上学历；
2.8年以上车辆管理和驾驶员管理经验，5年以上行政管理经验，驾驶技能娴熟；
3.熟悉汽车租赁行业，了解车辆基础知识；
4.责任心强，有较好的应变能力；
5.能够熟练操作电脑及Office办公软件。 举报 分享
