Job Description：
* Develop and maintain the clients according to company’s business plan, complete the sales targets;
* Independently develop and advance the factoring business, complete the business negotiation, project evaluation and tracking investigation, business management, etc.;
* Organization and coordination to complete the customer's due diligence and write the customer's credit investigation report;
* Independently analyze customers’ financial, operating conditions etc. through professional knowledge;
* Keep effective communication with clients; establish long-term, stable relations of cooperation;
* Finish the other Job assigned by CEO.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above, degree in Economic, Financial or International Trade is plus;
* Minimum 4 years' sales experiences(At least 2 years’ experience in financial, factoring, leasing and financing, trade finance and other related work experience is preferred);
* Strong ability of market development, communication and coordination ability, able to work under high stressful;
* Related clients resources is preferred;
* With an entrepreneur spirit, responsibility, ability to work under pressure;
* Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness;
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
岗位职责：
* 根据公司的业务发展规划，开发和维护客户，完成公司下达的业绩任务；
* 能够独立完成公司业务的开拓及推进，完成公司业务前期的谈判、项目的评估与考察、业务跟踪管理等；
* 组织协调完成对客户的尽职调查和资料收集工作，撰写客户的调查报告；
* 能够利用专业知识、财务分析技能和法律知识对融资客户的财务、经营状况、还款能力等整体状况做出具体分析和准确判断；
* 负责对重要客户的持续跟进，和客户保持有效沟通，与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系；
* 完成公司交办的其他业务工作。

任职资格：
* 经济类、金融类、国际贸易类等相关专业，全日制专科以上学历；
* 3年以上销售工作经验，有保理业务、应收账款融资、贸易融资、贸易进出口、供应链管理等相关工作经验者优先；
* 有较强的市场开拓能力，广泛的客户资源者优先；
* 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的业务分析能力，能够对客户资源进行定位并开展有效地业务推进；
* 具备较强的市场开拓能力、沟通协调能力、能够承受高强度的工作压力；
* 风险意识强烈，有责任心，具有良好的道德质量和职业操守；
* 英文听说读写流利。
