Position Summary
The teammate, Top Buyer Account Management will be responsible in the overall management of selected Top Buyer accounts with the objectives to grow the GMB and maintain the TnS performance.
Responsibilities
？ Establish trust and make regular communications with managed accounts
？ Support buyer account performance by responding to email inquiries to solve customer’s inquiry in time, providing outreach customers with product and policy updates
？ Conduct daily monitoring of accounts, leveraging on report to identify buying activity that require immediate action or follow up
？ Do account research and create business plan to help customers grow the business
？ Lead on local promotion planning and implementation
？ Conduct regular review of account performance
？ Deliver the business result by working with the whole team

Position Qualifications
？ 1+ years’ work experience, in the CS/AM department.
？ Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent education level preferred.
？ Project Management experience valued
？ Good research and analysis skill.
？ Excellent communications skills and customer focused.
？ Good planning, organisational and reporting skills are essential.
？ Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
？ Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated.
？ Leadership, time management and project management skills.
？ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
？ Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
