职责要求
- 制定并执行区域拓展计划,搭建并完善卖家服务体系
- 负责发掘和招募指定区域内的优质代理商,贸易商及制造商加入eBay跨国贸易B2C平台;
- 就卖家的产品和品牌如何在eBay上取得成功提供咨询与管理;
- 借助Terapeak/内部数据等,分析卖家产品在国际市场及eBay平台上的竞争力,并提供适当的营销方案建议;
- 为eBay平台的新卖家提供组织架构、产品定价及推广、客户关系管理、供应链管理等方面的调研、咨询、建议、激励等;
- 完成指定区域的交易额指标
- 协助公司和eBay卖家的市场推广
任职资格:
- 大学本科;
- 外贸、电子商务相关行业背景,有营销经验者优先录用;
- 熟悉本地外贸品类和外贸流程者优先录用;
- 对外贸,电子商务,在线交易及电子支付市场有一定认识;
- 能够在压力下自主高效地工作,并理解团队合作精神;
- 对产品质量、公司规模、公司运营模式等有敏锐的判断能力;
- 良好的中英文沟通能力;

Responsibilities:
- Generate and execute area develop plan, build up seller service system
- Identifying and recruiting the qualified dealers, traders and manufacturers into eBay B2C platform.
- Providing overall consultancy and management for growing sellers’ business on eBay;
- Providing marketing and sales proposal for Chinese products on eBay platform;
- Investigate, suggest and inspire new sellers on their pricing, CRM and SCM etc;
- Meet GMV target of specified area;
- Support marketing activities of brands and sellers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred sales/business development experience in export or e-commerce industry;
- Understanding the business model of traders and manufacturers;
- Understand the e-commerce, online auction and online payment industry overseas;
- An independent, proactive and effective worker under pressure who understands team-work;
- Sober judgment on product quality, company scale etc;
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
