职位描述：
POSITION: AVP, China Funds

RESPONSIBILITIES
1) To think strategically to support Head of China Funds in the growth of the China Funds business.
2) Assist in the preparation of China Funds Budget and Forecasts (on-shore and off-shore)
3) Prepare monthly variance analysis between the actual and budgeted financials
4) Assist in the preparation of Fund Reporting (financial reporting) to investors on Quarterly basis or as and when may be necessary
5) Co-ordinate the financial reporting channels between on-shore Operations team and off-shore HQ
6) Assist in other ad hoc assignments including financial due diligence for acquisition or divestments

REQUIREMENTS
? at least 10 years of Fund Management experience engaged with international institutional investors, be a self-starter with strong inter-personal skills, financial analysis skillset and at the same time drive execution and tasks completion.
? Additional Asset management and will be considered favorably.
? Good written and oral skills both in English and Mandarin
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Able to thrive in fast paced environment with a positive attitude to cope with tight deadlines
