职位描述：
Experience Inspector for cosmetic packaging products is needed.

Principal Responsibilities:
1) The inspector must have experience, and high ability to inspect packaging cosmetic products such as: PETG, thick PET jars, airless bottles, lipstick cases. compacts, lip gloss cases etc.
2) Pre- shipment inspection.
3) Clear and professional report.
4) Communicate with manufacturers and able to execute product on-site inspections per the standards and sampling which are given independently.
5) Ability to inspect and test the products per their features and the equipment at factories.
6) On-site checking the production schedule, supporting our team for on-time delivery.
7) Clearly and on-time communicate the inspection result with merchandising team, achieve the quality resolution by offering the productive suggestions.
8) Skillful negotiation to support merchandising team build up clearly communication/agreement with the manufacturers.
9) Identify any current challenges during inspection, support the group to continuously improve the quality performance.
10) Provide functional area support and assist in problem solving across all internal functional departments – ensuring smooth and proper hand-off of
11) responsibilities and collective tracking of results

1) Technical/Engineering bachelor background.
2) Effective communication and presentation skills

5) Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills
6) Attention to detail
7) Word、excel、email等。Good skills of MS office and Outlook software.
