Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming phone calls and manage the switchboard
2. Receive visitors and inform the related department to meet the visitors in time
3. Manage meeting room booking system in the company and teach employees how to use the online system to book the meeting room
4. Handling all in/out coming mails including express mail, EMS, regular mail. Record express registration every day
5. Contact with the property company closely to ensure the office facilities operate smoothly
6. Be responsible for purchasing and distributing office stationery. Check the inventory regularly
7. Print business card for staff
8. Fingerprint access system management, summarize monthly work attendance sheet
9. Water Management such as booking and payment
10. Update staff telephone list of Shanghai office on timely basis
11. Assist in general office administration activities including stationery procurement and maintenance of the telephone system, etc.
12. Follow Admin. Specialist / Office Manager’s other assignment.
Requirements
1. Associate college or above education
2. At least 1 year working experience in similar position
3. Good command of PC skills
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, team work spirit
5. CET 4 is a plus
