Responsibilities
? Lead a team of engineers to develop embedded firmware for data communication and networking products.
? Analysis of marketing requirements, document and develop software requirement specification, architecture design, high level and detail designs
? Monitor project progress; from answering customer requests to ensure priorities are attained and schedules met.
? Chair and design code review
? Assist Software Quality Assurance and Test team to develop System Test Plan and Test Cases
? Support Software Quality Assurance and Test team to develop test automation tools
? Review QA test plan and test cases to ensure complete coverage of targeted features and performance expectations
Requirements
? Hold a degree in one of Electrical Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or a Technology Diploma with relevant industry experience
? 10+ years of experience in embedded software development using C and C++ programming language and real-time operating systems such Linux and Nucleus
? 7+ years of in Management roles.
? Familiarity with all aspects of the software development life cycle
? To be based in SZ
