Requirements:
? At least 5 years experience in handling recruitment in a factory environment.
? Experience in working with head-hunting company is a plus.
? Have a good network in the market place.
? Resilient, persistent with excellent problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruitment activities and all new hires on board procedures.
? Develop Sourcing strategy for the assigned openings, to driving and implement appropriate talent acquisition strategies and actions.
? Active Researching activities, understanding job requirements and explore channels, research database, and source candidates.
? Control over hiring within budget headcount, necessary approval is obtained if the position is upgraded.
? Produce weekly reports on recruitment status and recruitment activities.
? Take part in ad hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time
