Macseis 是一家注册于香港十多年的服装品牌公司，也是个年轻而富有活力的户外服装品牌，主要针对企业职业装，户外休闲装和工装系列。近年来MACSEIS致力于开拓欧洲以德国为主的销售市场，同时致力于加拿大、美国、澳洲市场，销售业绩成倍增长。随着MACSEIS海外出口业务的不断扩展，现急需有志于服装行业发展，并具有多年相关行业工作经验的人士加入我们的团队共同发展。

现招聘高级服装跟单员（工装+户外装）Senior Merchandiser (Work ware + outdoor clothes)一名，***优先。我们需要您：

1. 非常熟悉国际贸易服装出口的流程。以独立报价，制定工厂合同，生产跟单，把控品质，交货时间，联系货代出运，保证产品顺利运往指定目的地。遵守公司制定的规章制度，在坚守原则的基础上具有独当一面和工厂协商解决各类问题的能力。

2. 非常熟悉服装面料，特别是户外休闲装，防水透气功能，了解欧洲各面料测试指标，严格把控生产品质。不少于五年的相关工作经验，不少于三年的相关外资企业工作经验。

3. 本科学历，服装专业（尤其东华大学毕业）以及国际贸易专业优先考虑。英语口语流利，和国外客户以及公司外籍老板流利顺畅的沟通, 以解决工作上的种种问题。

4. 性格开朗，思维敏捷，工作态度认真仔细，积极进取，易接受新事物，有效率，有耐心，乐观又充满团队精神。

MACSEIS is a Hong Kong Functional Outdoor Wear & Work Wear Brand with its main markets in Germany, North Europe and Canada. MACSEIS is fast growing in its markets and we now seek a very experienced Senior Merchandiser to handle our brand-productions in both Functional clothing and Work Wear Work.

You will report only to our CEO and Managing Director.

You will deal with a selected group of suppliers and you will drive our highly impeccable quality levels in each our Product even higher in everything you do.

You have experience in working with woven as well as with knitted garments.

Your skills are high and your integrity in discussable. You have several years experience in the garment business.

You have exceptional communication skills - perfect in English - and perfect in handling Chinese suppliers.

You can easily adapt to Western culture and thinking.

You have perfect presentation skills in delivering high quality samples and end-garments.

Your Team skills are amazing and you appreciate to learn fast and without blocking.

You are gifted and you have strong skills in solving problems to the benefit of upholding a well working product at all time.

You never cut corners in your work and you can’t be fooled by suppliers.

You are an open minded person, happy and fun to work with as you are serious and strong when needed. Profound computer skills are required.
