职位描述：
Job requirements:
5-10 years experience in textile and garment industry (preferable ladies fashion background)
Rich experience on denim products are required
Strong knowledge on jeans process including both dry and we process
Target oriented and can follow from development to production independently
Strong sourcing experience, good costing analysis and benchmark skill
Good Fashion sense, aggressive & outgoing are preferable
Good communication in both written and oral English
Hard working, willing to trip, can work under pressure
University graduate (preferable in international trade & textile industry)

Key responsibilities:
Monitor the entire process from proto-samples to bulk ordering, good tracking on critical path.
Negotiate prices, capacity planning and production lead-time with suppliers
Assist the suppliers with product development according to new trends and fabrics
Train the suppliers according to the requirements of the brands
Communicate the success criteria of Bestseller's systems and standards to suppliers
Create a good dialogue with buyers, designers and pattern makers in Denmark
Solve the daily challenges in co-operation with suppliers and buyers
