职位描述：

1. Training & Development-- Facilitate and consolidate training needs analysis, provide clear and specific training needs to central training team. Facilitate training nomination, give advice to line managers and staff on team/personal training plan, make sure the training resources are managed and used in an effective way. Facilitate and organize training if necessary;

2. Talent Management – Support line managers to conduct talent review, and succession planning. Give advice and suggestions on talent management and development. Coordinate talent management programs in the business;

3. Performance Management – Implement corporate Performance Management policy and process, coach line managers to use the tools, ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities. Identify improvement areas by analyzing the documents and process, provide group trainings if necessary;

4. Reward – Interpret corporate reward philosophy and policies to line managers, give advice to line managers on compensation for new hires, promotions and annual salary review. Facilitate the process of annual salary review. Keep records of the compensation spending and control total staff cost budget;

5. Recruitment & Hiring – Work with line managers on JD preparation, raise recruitment request to SSC team to start the recruitment process. Give the suggestion to the line manager and make the decision together with line manager. Prepare and coordinate orientation training for new hires; following and help the new hires integrate in the company.

6.Communication & culture building: Manage individual and group communications to advocate corporate culture or handle changes; build the company culture through the communication activities (outing, annual party, communication lunch, newspaper, notice board etc.)

7. Data Management & Reporting – Maintain necessary data and information, provide accurate data to region and management team as required, make sure timely periodical reports are provided to update progress of HR activities;

8. HR Policy/Process & Services: Supervise and monitor the implementation of HR policies, make sure all the HR activities following the right process. Provide consultancy to employees on HR related issues. Manage the local relationship with the HR ops team to enable efficient and effective delivery of the HR service to the business. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the policies, process and services.

1. Bachelor Degree

2. More than 3 years solid HR generalist experience in multination company

3. Well understand the business,Understand business context, key business drivers and challenges;

4. Quick to learn, logical in thinking;

5. Ability to identify nature problem and propose solutions for improvement;

6. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;

7. Strong communication and influencing skills;

8. Proactive and can-do attitude;

9. Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share;

10. Emotionally resilient;

11. Strong performance bias.
