Job description:
Responsible for BIW component / system area, managing a product development project towards set goals.

Main tasks:
 Lead the design tasks within a crossfunctional group and ensures results and deliveries according to plan in a
 determined task structure.
 Secures geometrical prerequisites against surrounding interface.

Detailed tasks that could be part of or all of the following points:
? Leads the development of subsystems and component solutions. (Time, Technique & Cost)
? Ensures proper requirements and balances the requirements for the affected subsystems and components.
? Ensures that AVB (Analysis and Verification requirements) are developed, followed up and updated
? Ensures that the FMEA and quality panel is carried out within the task.
? Ensures that the, primary and secondary documents (part folders, 3D models, drawing, TR (technical
       regulations), DG (design guidelines), ESOW (Engineering Statement of Work), standards et, are developed
             and released according to plan.
? Initiates and implements technical logical plans for component/system.
Responsibility:
? Responsible of the task to deliver complete and correct technical documentations.
? Crossfunctional optimized and qualityassured product according to the agreed assignment, TTCcontract.
? Support to the SPL at Milestones.
Competence requirement:
? Technical competence
? Very good practical and theoretical knowledge in the product area and its functionality in the complete vehicle.
? Analytical skills and design experience.
? Technical education at the college level or equivalent
? Leadership
? Good leadership skills
? Project and team management training or equivalent experience.
? Good knowledge of planning, follow up and financial control
? Good English skills to lead the task.
