Main responsibilities:
1.Assist testing engineer in testing after necessary trainings
在接受了必要的培训后，协助测试工程师进行试验
2.Has ability to operate, adjust the testing equipments after the training from FTE
在接受FTE的培训后有能力操作，调试试验设备
3.Accept testing request to formulate and carry out test plans; submit test results, collect test parameters and work out the test reports
接受委托制定试验计划，落实试验实施，反馈结果，收集参数并编写试验报告。
4.Understand and know well the test standards and methods from FTE & OEMs.
了解并熟悉FTE和其它主机厂的试验规范和方法
5.Participate in project group's activities and also product design
参与项目组活动，参与产品的设计。
6.Take care of the cleaning, maintenance and overhaul of equipments in testing department
负责试验部门设备清洁、保养与简单维修。
Requirements to candidates:
1.Automotive/Mechanical/Electronic engineering Bachelor degre
本科学历，汽车/机械/电子工程相关专业
2.Good communication skills and team work spirit
良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
3.Fluent English language both in oral and written
英语流利，口语及书写能力佳
