Job Duties

Evaluate and identify potential business from existing and new clients while maximizing revenue and developing long-term relationships with clients

Actively solicit new business opportunities and existing client base by conducting effective sales calls, and presentations to potential clients; handle special event inquiry calls; assist with development of catering menus, create event proposals and conduct site inspections

Negotiate, close and produce contracts for all events

Generate new leads from cold calls

Act as primary liaison to all special event clients

Achieves monthly / quarterly sales goals

Work as a team with Public Relations Manger, Event Planner and catering

1、 制订销售计划。
2、 确定销售政策。
3、 设计销售模式。
4、 销售业绩的考察评估。
5、 销售渠道与客户管理。
6、 销售情况的及时汇总、汇报并提出合理建议。
7、 决定新设客户的交易条件。
8、 市场推广，寻找新客户和与客户人际关系的确立。

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder
-
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, public relations or event management
-
Well experience and knowledge in dealing with high-end customers with most demanding requirements

Excellent communications, presentations and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks
-
Willing and able to work in a team environment
-
Reliable, self-motivated, creative, energetic, result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
-
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English
-
Strong computer skills
