General Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for daily office administration service and any other ad hoc tasks.
行政日常工作。
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Answer and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
接听/转接来电;
2. Greet the office visitors;
接待来访客人;
3. Receive and deliver all office mails/correspondence;
收发邮件/快递;
4. Update the telephone list;
更新通讯录;
5. Update staff’s attendance report on daily base;
每天更新员工出勤表;
6. Interview arrangement;
面试安排;
7. Support the internal events and affairs such as annual dinner, office moving, MD visit etc. ;
内部活动行政事务,例如:年会、办公室搬迁、MD出差等;
8. Support staffs for their business trip, such as book air-tickets, train tickets and reserve hotel;
协助安排出差事宜,例如:定机票、火车票、宾馆等;
9. Car rental and meeting room management;
租车及会议室安排;
10.Support office suppliers and maintenance;
各项行政日常事务;
11.Other administration tasks designated by the supervisor or the managers.
其他主管或经理安排的任务。

- Qualifications
? 1. Knowledge & Skills Fluent in Mandarin and English.
知识及技巧 流利的普通话和英语
? 2. Education & Training Above college degree in Administration or English is preferred.
教育及培训 大专以上,行政管理或英语专业尤佳
? 3. Experience One year related working experience in administration in MNC is preferred.
工作经验 一年以上相关工作经验,跨国企业尤佳
? 4. Personal Characteristics High efficiency, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility. Possess ‘can do’ attitude.
