职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Manage recruiting information on job boards and social media, source and build candidate pipelines to fulfill the recruitment needs within the schedule and budget
Support with coordinating interviews
Maintain HR information and ensure the information is updated in a timely manner and correct
Assist to administer HR policies and processes fairly and uniformly. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Handling staff’s on board and off board procedures
Assisting staff’s probation review
Assisting staff’s business visa application
Issue all kinds of employment certificates
Handle with social insurance and housing funds issues
Handling government registration regard HR function
Other HR tasks may assigned by superior and above tasks are Involved China national scope

Requirements

Bachelor Degree, major in HR management is preferred
Minimum 2 years work experience in HR Generalist activities
Fluent in English (reading and written) and Mandarin
Good MS Office skills
Good communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility, positive, self-motivated 举报 分享
