Job description
Order office supplies
Book travel arrangements
Arrange and follow payment for daily office expenses
Assist Senior merchandiser in daily task
Prepare and arrange courier and samples shipment
Communicate with Chinese suppliers
Provide general support to our team

Working skills
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficieny in MS office


Personal skills
Honest, reliable, dynamic, organized, hard worker, detail minded,
Good communication skills.
Good level of spoken and written ENGLISH.
