Responsibilities
· Provide strong support in the implementation, execution, control and completion of improvement initiatives / projects that affect OR processes and tools leading to improvement in replenishment systems, tools and activities across department or multi-department level, division level and all retail markets.
· Professional and consistent applications of project management tools and methodologies.
· Support the delivery of goals to projects across category, department or multi-department level and division level with proper stakeholder engagement. Provides effective support to the project manager in implementation of concepts and completing tasks on time to meet strict deadlines including keeping track of project expenses and budget.
· Pro-actively participate in cross-functional teams to develop and validate processes to meet changing business needs.
· Develop training programs for OR talent development in all locations.
· Participate in and support OR strategy and performance through supporting supply chain improvement/cost reduction projects across all retail markets with an understanding of replenishment business.
· Project life cycle management responsibilities for initiatives that spans divisional/departmental business complexities and scope.
· Develop and implement solutions for inventory research tools and supply chain optimization initiatives based on business users' requirements.
· Subject matter analyst providing advice in different system applications, data extraction for the implementation of new process, tools and reports.
· Develop training programs (technical and non-technical) for OR in all locations.
· Facilitate OR system problem resolution with GS/ISD dept and various retail markets.
· Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

Requirements:
· Education University - 4-year degree Experience 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation or related field.
· Demonstrated capabilities in "Continuous Improvement", demonstrating results in motivation and inter-group coordination.
· Skilled in business mapping and process reengineering. Proficient at identifying analysis needs and drawing preliminary conclusions to impact the business.
· Be able to create and track process improvement initiatives and manage multiple tasks, exhibiting exceptional time management capabilities.
· Proficient in forecasting, inventory management, supply chain theory/tools and experience in data warehouse will be advantageous.
· Strong technical writing and documentation skills - structured, methodical and detail minded.
· Must have computer science knowledge adequate to understand and communicate interactions among complex computer systems in business terms; intermediate level Internet knowledge
· Fast learner, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and deliver a consistent high level of performance.
· Trained in training/facilitation skills.
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
· Good command of English and local language
