职位描述：
Reports to: Purchasing Manager
Location: Shanghai
Subordinates: None

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying suppliers;
- Conduct cost breakdown analysis;
- Identify cost drivers and take actions for cost reduction and cost improvement;
- Carry on buyer daily work;
- Manage & develop suppliers and suppliers’ continuous improvement;
- Carry on market research;
- Work with global purchasing team;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent, specialization in tooling is preferred
- At least 10 years working experience with minimum 7 years’ experience in Injection Industry;
- Rich experience on cost breakdown analysis of injection tooling and injection parts;
- Familiar with different injection technologies, such as one-shot injection, bi-injection, rotational injection etc;
- Rich hands-on experience on one-shot injection, over molding, bi-injection tool manufacturing, injection process improvement with key factors to be watched and supplier base around China.
- Good knowledge with injection tooling, injection process, China injection supplier base and market price level with different injection technologies;
- Good knowledge with worldwide injection technology trend and market price level, especially with Asia and China injection industry;
- Good knowledge with raw material such as nylon with different grade and recycled source;
- Familiar with project management and new product development cycle;
- Quality essence;
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin;
- Good communicator and team player;
- Organized person with detailed work;
- Problem solver;
