此职位是上海镁镁为Meridian集团在浙江新昌的新工厂代招，工作地点在浙江新昌！
Primary Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the incumbent is responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, attraction, retention and employee relations to ensure efficient and comprehensive professional HR service to support company’s business plan.

Major Responsibilities of Position

? Recruiting – lead the internal and external recruiting and interviewing process, post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applications, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, follow up with candidates, maintain applicant tracking system, do reference check, prepare job offers and arrange orientation.
? Employee Relations – develop and maintain effective relationships with the workforce by listening to their issues and helping find answers or resolutions.
? Policies – participate in the development and administration of effective and efficient human resources policies and practices designed to meet employee needs and legislative demands.
? Performance Management System Administration – co-ordinate and administer employee goal-setting, performance appraisal and succession planning program. Work with management to support to develop succession plans and backups for critical roles. Develop high potential employees to ensure company success.
? Reward & Recognition – assist with the reward and recognition program.
? Reporting – assist with monthly HR reports including but not limited to hiring status and workforce status, provide data into useable, presentable spreadsheets for management.
? Employee Events – Assistant to company outing and employee events.
? Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise
Educational and Certification Background

1 Rich experience in recruiting activities Essential
2 Experience with HRIS system Desirable
3 Thorough knowledge of Employment Law and other HR legislation of Shanghai and China. Essential
5 Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in a related discipline. Essential
