职位描述：
Responsibilities
 
- Manage and support studio server infrastructure: VMWare ESXi, Linux, storage, Windows server, Perforce, Jira, DNS, DHCP etc.
- Assist global IT teams to deploy and support network infrastructure in the site, which includes WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIP system, video-conferencing and network security systems. Monitor network activities and utilization, respond to network issues in the site as L1 support and collaborate with network team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manage local IT project, and execution of global/regional IT project in the site.
- Manage the quality of desktop/end user IT service delivery in the site, which involves desktop, laptop, Mac, IP Phone, mobile devices, A/V equipment, Vidcon, Windows, Office 365, Perforce, Autodesk, Adobe Photoshop, Visual Studio, game development software, etc.
- Be the IT contact point in the site. Develop good relationship and communicate effectively with local business/studio, and IT service lines.
- Follow EA global IT processes/policies to perform change management, incident/problem management, configuration management tasks.
- Manage IT procurement process and IT finance.
- Manage and track IT assets
 
 
Skills and Requirements
- Real world experience as a IT infrastructure engineer working in a large enterprise environment
- Proficient in Linux, Windows server, PC server hardware, storage and server virtualization
- Sound Knowledge of Cisco Switch, Router, wifi, VPN, firewall, network monitoring tools.
- In depth expertise with Active Directory, DHCP Scopes, DNS, etc.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to network, desktop and systems administration.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills. Adequate English capability to work with global teams
- Extremely strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills

- 作为本地IT团队的联系人，与业务部门，游戏工作室和各个全球IT团队建立良好关系，并有效沟通
- 遵从EA全球IT流程和政策，实施变更管理，事件/故障管理，配置管理等任务。
- 管理IT采购流程和IT财务
- 管理和记录IT资产
 
岗位要求
- 具有作为IT基础架构工程师在大型企业环境中工作的实际经验
- 精通Linux, Windows server, 服务器硬件，存储和服务器虚拟化
- 了解Cisco交换机，路由器，无线设备，VPN，防火墙，网络监控工具
- 深入理解Active Directory，DHCP，DNS等
- 对企业内网络，PC和系统管理相关的概念，实际操作和流程有深入的了解和经验
- 良好的问题分析和解决能力
- 较强的口头和书面沟通能力。可以与全球IT团队以英语交流。
- 强烈的客户服务意识
