职位描述：
Summary
The Sr. QA Engineer translates business requirements into effective test cases, test planning, test automation and test execution. Possesses solid working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within quality assurance. Documents and tracks software defects identified through testing and generally work with developers & support engineers to resolve outstanding issues.

Responsibilities
1.Typically works without supervision
2.Create test plans, test scenarios, test data and test scripts for use during sprint period in scrum/agile process for new and existing applications.
3.Contributes to the automation effort for complex projects in efficient way.
4.Grasp thorough knowledge and understanding of products, both from a business perspective as well as a technical perspective.
5.Recommends strategies and methods to improve automation and process.
6.Create common routines and libraries/tools for automation to be shared between teams
7.Coordinates test schedules, work and resource plans; manages progress of multiple/concurrent test activities against plan.
8.Interact with the peers within the QA team, technical product managers, and others.
9.Works across teams to achieve group goals.
10.Trains others within the immediate team on testing techniques and automation.


Requirements
1.A minimum of 7 years of in-depth QA Engineering experience
2.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
3.Rich Experience in automation testing for app/web based products.
4.Rich Experience in API testing to verify business logic
5.Experience in working with databases (MS SQL Server and/or Oracle), able to write intermediate to advanced SQL queries
6.Capable of contributing to libraries/tools with little to no supervision as well as providing supervision and training for more junior engineers
7.Maintains status of project and monitors activities of team members and perform risk analysis at project management or release level.
8.Ability to lead manual and automated test projects using available test frameworks and tools.
9.Proficient with one or more programming language (i.e. Ruby or Java)
10.Works on multiple projects concurrently.
11.Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
12.Solid understanding of agile software process including analysis, design, coding, system integration, and user acceptance testing, problem resolution and planning.
13.Works across teams to resolve issues or achieve group goals.
