职位描述：
Job Description for Required Position需求岗位的工作职责：

1.According to product validation task, developing relative testing plans; According to Company’s product specification or customers’ requirement, testing and validating alternators, starters, regulators and rectifiers. Assisting to analyze customer complaints of units or components.
2.Feedback test problems to engineering team and souring team in time
3.Effectively communicating with internal mechanical, electronic engineers and suppliers. Technological communicating and information sharing with WAI American head office and European branch office.
4.Searching for new testing methods, technologically evaluating new equipment; design and make testing tools for new products ; calibration and maintaining of testing equipments in lab; making SOP for new testing machines.
5.Training new employees in fundamental product knowledge.
6.OEM samples management.

Qualifications & Requirements需求岗位的任职资格和基本要求：

1.College degree in Engineering or Technical for Lab technician
2.Minimum 3 years of work experience in lab, familiar with alternator and starter testing.
3.Familiar with TS16949
4.Fluent English in written and oral
5.Good at office software
6..Good communitation skill
7.Work under pressure
