职位描述：

Job Description:

1. Complete blister tray design proposal for NPD or CM project and lead the new design review with internal team and also customer. Be an owner in the whole new package development process according to projects timing.为新项目和设计变更项目设计吸塑盘，并主导与内部其他职能人员和客户的确认审核工作。根据项目时间节点，主导整个新包装的开发流程。

2. Design new carton box/bag/buffer material for NPD or CM projects based on internal package information per customer and other internal team input.汇总客户以及内部其他部门的要求信息，并根据内包装信息为新项目或设计变更项目设计瓦楞纸箱。

3. Arrange package validation test such as drop test and shipping test and complete package box/bag samples approval, also prepare test report accordingly.安排包装验证测试和跌落测试和路试，完成包装纸箱、包装袋的样品确认，并制作测试报告。

4. Provide package information which internal team needed and also complete customer package submission per request.为内部其他职能人员提供所需的包装信息，并完成客户要求的各种包装相关文件。

5. Support package proposal for customer special package request, also better to persuade customer follow our own package.若客户有特殊包装要求，提供包装解决方案满足客户要求，或者最好能说服客户使用我们现有的包装方式。

Requirement

1. College degree or above,electronical production experience is better.大专或本科学历，有吸塑盘设计，电子行业（手机、电路板、小家电）背景包装设计经验者优先，3-5年工作经验。

2. Be familiar with vacuum blister tray design and ESD package material, corrugated board box.有吸塑盘设计经验，防静电材料，瓦楞纸箱设计经验者优先

3. Be familiar with 3D software to complete package design, solidworks is better.熟悉3D软件应用进行包装设计，最好是solidworks

4. Fluent writtern and reading English.流利的英文阅读书写能力，跟外国客户进行邮件沟通经验和英文办公环境优先
