工作职责
1. Quality system implementation in work floor生产车间里质量体系的贯彻实施；
2. Optimizes process for operational excellence through eliminating non-value added process，efficiency increase, quality improvement and cost reduction 对制造过程进行优化，增效节资改进质量 ；
3. Be responsible for all business performance in his/her area; improving and standardizing work process; 关注区域的业绩表现，对制造过程进行改进和标准化．
4. Monitors the whole process to make sure the process run safely and efficiently; takes actions to assure meet customer demand;
监控整个制造过程安全高效运转，满足客户需求。
5. Makes sure that operators comply to SOPs when they are working;确保操作人员按照标准作业流程进行操作。
6. Makes headcount plan and training plan to meet customer demand and reduce labor cost;
建立人员需求计划和培训计划，满足岗位要求，降低劳动成本。
7. Be responsible for coordinating the activities for different operational business; 协调各个作业单位活动。
8. Leads and improve materials management;促进生产现场物料流动。
9. Be responsible for house keeping and implement 5S activities;现场的内务稽核和5S管理。
10. Finds improvement opportunities and lead projects to reduce cost;寻求改进机会，领导改进小组。
11. Supports and attends production daily meeting.领导日常的生产会议。
12. Occasional overtime as needed 必要的加班

基本资格:
1. 电气专业本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above degree；electrical engineering field,
2. 工业自动化行业实际经验者优先；Automation industry is preferential.
3. 5年以上的外资企业生产管理的实践经验Min. Min. 5 years of production management position in a international company;
4. 具有TS16949相关条款在生产环境中的实施经验；Workshop floor experience in QMS implementation according to TS16949 rules;
5. 精益生产知识 Knowledge of lean manufacturing
6. 具有六西格玛绿带以上资格者优先 Qualification of Green Belt is preferential
7. 良好的英文听，说，读，写能力；Good English skills in oral, listening, reading and writing practice
