Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the MOCVD system electrical control section design, test and release;

- Chamber heater temperature control design, system motion function design and system control logic, safety logic function design.

Qualifications:

- BSEE (MSEE is preferred);

- Min 5-year working experience in electrical control engineer;

- Familiar with different kind of electrical components like, sensor, controller, driver, IC;

- Familiar with PID and other control theories;

- Hands on experience of design and test at temperature control, motion control and logic control;

- Strong knowledge of electrical engineer background like analogy, digital circuit, PLC. RS-323; RS-485; Ethernet communication;

- Capable of related circuit design, program design;

- familiar with Microsoft Office programs; Electrical engineering related software, AutoCAD and so on;

- Understand documentation control, capable of creating BOM, drawing, and other documents;

- Good English reading and writing skills are necessary.
