Your responsibilities

? Manage Suppliers Audits (for Cosmetics, Food and Packaging Component suppliers) in both Quality and Social aspects including supplier selection, qualification, including negotiating quality agreements, development and performance monitoring in China and occasionally outside China. Develop and manage a small audit team.
? Evaluate, monitor and work with Trading agencies managing suppliers for Oriflame on their supplier audit and product quality control process with respect to Oriflame Products.
? When necessary, work with Oriflame direct factories to improve their Quality/Technical/CSR standards to the point where they comply with Oriflame Requirements.
? Work with the Oriflame Global Quality Management team to develop and improve Oriflame Quality/Technical/CSR Requirements and audit process, incorporating industry best practices and over all compliance in China.
? Work with Oriflame Procurements team on supplier evaluation and approval for different sourcing project in China

Your profile

? University degree (Chemical/Engineering/Biology/Food Technology)
? At least 7 year experience in FMCG Quality Management (out of which minimum 3 year in supplier audits and audit systems such as ISO 22716, ISO 9001, BRC/ISO22000 etc).
? Perform audit plans as necessary.
? Work experience with an MNC will be additional advantage.

  
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

? Self-confident and self-starter– must be capable of working with minimum direction or supervision
? Demonstrated Quality document writing skills, e.g. policies and procedures
? Good interpersonal / communication / influencing / negotiation skills
? Fluent in verbal and written English, with excellent communication skills
? High attention to detail required
? Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook, skype/lync, share-point.
? Ability to travel internationally a few times per a year
? Proven analytical skills and well-developed organizational skills and interpersonal ability to interface with all levels of management.
? Able to work under pressure while at the same time delivering on priorities
? Willing to go the ‘extra mile’.
? Ability to work in a multicultural and cross functional environment
? Abe to work under pressure while at the same time delivering on priorities
? Able to handle multiple deadlines and multiple stake-holders requirements
? Demonstrated knowledge of Supplier Quality processes
? Demonstrated ability of good leadership and mentoring skills
