JOB DETAILS
? Provide for the availability of equipment, processes and manufacturing capacity for the production of Rockwell Automation products. Ensure that the manufacturing processes provide the highest quality product at the lowest cost. Ensure that customer delivery commitments are met.
? Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
? Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process problems to maintain smooth flow of production
? Improve processes applying lean techniques and engineering principles
? Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements
? Research, develop and document new and existing manufacturing processes
? Layout of new production lines including material flow patterns
? Support the growth of the facility by ensuring seamless transfer of products from other facilities into the Shanghai facility
? Ensure seamless implementation of engineering change notices
? Identify and pursue product design changes to improve manufacturability based on engineering knowledge
? Resoponsible for procurement of manufacturing equipment, assist with procurement of supplies, or materials
? Apply continuous improvement techniques to processes involving customers and suppliers
?Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures


QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or other related technical degree
? English language ability, such as spoken and writing is required
? Minimum three years of manufacturing engineering experience in a Multi-national company
? Demonstrated record of technical and business competence, interpersonal skills, leadership ability and a strong desire for a career in manufacturing or operations
? Be familiar with Microsoft office , Microsoft project, Auto CAD soft ware.
