品质工程师

岗位职责
1、参与建立和完善公司的分析检验方法；
2、质量分析、编制质量控制计划，设计质量控制卡,确定质量控制点；
3、负责组织制订产品检验标准和检验规范及原材料和半成品的标识、检验和试验状态结果的监督检查；
4、协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；.
5、完成产品的检验测试工作，并出具检验报告、对不合格项进行跟踪验证；
6、负责定期对相关部门上报质量情况报表及质量事故；
7、参与公司质量认证工作。

任职资格
1、机械类相关行业本科以上学历；英语良好；
2、5年以上相关岗位工作经验；
3、压铸、注塑QE：熟悉压铸件、注塑件质量检验； 机加工件、冲压、铸造件QE：熟悉机加工件、冲压、铸造件质量检验;
4、熟悉ISO9001和ISO/TS16949质量管理体系；熟悉质量管理工具及手法；熟悉相关产品工艺流程；熟悉产品标准擅长统计分析；熟悉供应商品质管理；熟悉相关国家检验标准；熟练使用办公软件；
5、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；良好的沟通组织协调能力；良好的团队协作精神；诚实；
6、有ISO9001和TS16949内审员资格证书者优先。

Quality Engineer
Duty
1, to participate in the establishment and improvement of the company's analysis of the test;

Qualifications
1, machinery-related industry for more than undergraduate education; good English;
2, 5 years relevant work experience positions;
3, die-casting, injection molding QE: Die Casting familiar with the products and plastic injection products; stamping and casting machine to increase QE: familiar with the products and increase machine stamping, casting product quality inspection;
4, familiar with the ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 quality management system; familiar with the quality management tools and practices; familiar with the process related products; familiar with the product at the standard statistical analysis; familiar with the supply of goods quality management; familiar with the relevant national test; proficiency in the use of office software;
5, a serious and responsible work, strict and meticulous, with strong analytical problem-solving; good communication between the organization and coordination capacity; good spirit of teamwork; honest;
6, ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 Certificate of Internal Audit staff.
