职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the BIW logistics parts receiving work
2. Manage the BIW logistics parts repacking work
3. Manage the BIW logistics parts feeding line work
4. Do the inventory check, ensure actual parts quantity is the same with
the account
5. Do the safety walk, solve the safety issue
6. Check the actual operation, guide the operator’s work
7. Manage the facility, tooling, groceries, stationery, PPE and so on
8. Distribute the TL and operator’s work, make the training plan and
implement the training
9. Manage the 5S.
10. The other work that the superintendant tells
1. 管理焊装物流零件接收工作
2. 管理焊装物流零件翻包工作
3. 管理焊装物流零件配送工作
4. 按要求完成零件盘点工作，确保账实相符
5. 按要求完成安全巡查工作，解决安全问题
6. 按要求检查员工实际工作情况，指导员工作业
7. 管理设备、工具、易耗品、劳保用品等
8.分配班长的工作任务，制定培训计划及实施培训
9.管理所管辖区域5S
10. 领导交办的其他工作
Qualification:
Experience Required
1. Over 5 years experience in complete vehicle BIW logistics or related
work
2. Over 3 years experience in logistics site management
1. 5年以上整车厂焊装物流经验者优先考虑
2. 3年以上物流管理经验者优先考虑

Competencies
1. Major in the logistics or related
2. Familiar with logistics process
3. Ability to analysis and solve issue
4. Skilled in using office software
5. Proficient in reading and writing English, proficient in listening and
speaking English
6. Good communication, coordination and teamwork ability
7. Serious for work
