职位描述：
?Support production teams to secure quality in the production process, with help of pre defined way of working.
?Check quality standard within WES (Work Element Sheet), OIS (Operator Instruction Sheet) and PII (Process Instruktion) during review of the process.
?Analyse and act on failure reports ( internal, external or Product Audit ).
?Support in implementation of containment and data collection.
?Participate in 6 sigma projects / Kaizen workshops / taskforce to obtain quality targets.
?Feedback and review analysis of SIP escalated issues to production teams, document deviations and report to involved Supervisor/Teamleader.
?Participate in first analysis of escalated quality issues ( PSD ). Support production team and monitor mandatory tasks to be done ( check more cars, complete the 4M analysis, 5 Why , … ) and review the quality level of the 4M analysis
?On request, support production depatment in training analysis method ( 4 M ).
?Perform QPS and review PQA (Process Quality Assessment) on PSD escalated issues and review is main documents are updated.
?Shop specific tasks :
?Participate in FTT-meeting, e.g. to monitor and escalate internal and external faults
o Participate in VRT / BSAQ meeting, on request from QSE (Quality Support Engineer) or VRT.
o Participate in PQR meeting and quality follow-up meeting on involved issues.?Junior college or above
?1 years or above work experience in manufacturing industry
?Experience with quality issue analysis
?Good oral/written English.
?Strong team player and relationship builder. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivator and flexible.
? Skilled in leadership and coaching, being able to motivate, teach and encourage people
?Qualities of leadership as able to plan, lead and control activities.
? High communication and negotiation skills.
? High analytical and problem solving skills.
