职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain the line layouts.
生成和维护生产线布置
2. Transfer of building instructions into the balancing system.
将装车指导问题导入线平衡系统
3. Preparation of balance sheets and workstation operator movements.
编制工艺文件和工位操作员作业移动图
4. Checking and performing time analysis (time studies) for non-value added operations, under the responsibility of the process engineers.
在工艺工程师的带领下，对非增值作业做检查并进行工时分析(工时研究)
5. Keep balancing system up-to-date and process operator instructions.
对线平衡系统和工艺指导文件进行更新
6. Assisting in the preparation and introduction of rebalances and process optimization.
协助开展生产线再平衡导入和准备工作以及工艺优化
7. Performing process testing on line.
在线执行工艺测试工作
8. Generate opportunities and develop proposals for improvement.
提出并制定改进方案和建议
9. Physical analysis and optimization of production workstations.
对生产工位进行优化和实体分析
10. Communication to Team Leaders from production
和生产班组长进行沟通交流
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or similar by experience
本科学历或同等经历
2. Practical experience from the production process and process engineering related to the respective shop ( bodyshop / paintshop / Final assembly )
相关车间(车身/涂装/总装)生产工艺和工艺工程方面实际经验
