Inside Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and supervise development & performance of all sales activities in assigned accounts.

Effective and efficient communication with internal & external to fulfill customers’ requests, keep good business relationships with key customers.

Supervise team to analyze sales data monthly and adjust sales forecast weekly to minimize operation cost.

Administration support and coordinate all internal activities.

Guarantee precise and reliable data in company system (ERP, CRM).

Enrich and enhance sales team’s knowledge of customers, products, procedures, marketing etc.

Other tasks assigned by direct leader and management.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above

5+ years working experience, familiar with ISO9001/TS16949, PCN, RMA. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques

Fluent oral and written English skills, as well as excellent presentation skills

Excellent analytical skills including skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously

Customer orientation, team work capability, flexibility and able to work under pressure
