职位描述
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all of Case Jobs from customer end to Candidate end comprehensively.
Responsible business plans of your responsible area including Customers, Candidate, Collections and Development Direction of Line Business.
Keep contact with client, well understanding the position and specification, company culture, background
Maintaining basic customer relationship well.
Available to take part in or responsible for part of BD Job according to Business demand.
Set up search plan
Make market analysis and summary report
Target clients contact and follow up
Requirements:
With bachelor degree education background
Minimum of 4 experiences in certain industry recruiting.
Active, self-motivated, confident, teamwork spirit, smart and passionate
Can work under pressure, Result oriented, be able to work according to targets and deadline
Good Communication skills in both Chinese and English
