职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. As window person between WRSH plant operation and R&D center CN, In timing transfer or exchange the quality analysis root cause result to each CEMs.
2. Fully involve into related operation team meeting including operation daily meeting, quality issue analysis meeting etc. by providing engineering support.
3. Support manufacturing operation of product specification according to process specification and procedure system and consultant on site. Quality issue analysis involved, to determine the root cause for product related issue and implement correct action by using product technical expertise.
4. Support for first time quality and scrap improvement action in identifying root cause.
5. Customer & dealer site support in case as required.
6. Lead implementation of the change internally ( Assembly line, ...) for non-application projects from technical side.
7. Initial assessment technical evaluation of product change.
8. Participate Weekly engineering change review meeting and coordinate all R&D related ECAs of WRSH product change.
9. VAVE or application projects tryout support.
10. Development project related activity involved.
11. Design review involved.
12. Participate the product audit in SH plant.
13. Take engineering role for customer and TS/EHS audit.
14. Summarize lessons and Learn from series project.
15. Support R&D team in the Design Center to identify potential cost reduction proposal.
16. Maintenance for parts acceptance in SAP system before OTS approval.
17. QSB tracking and update for items related to R&D in SAP system.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or relation.
2. Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 and VPM.
3. Fluent in oral and written English.
4. Familiar with Automotive industry process and norm ( TS16941, ISO 9001 , APQP).
5. Good understanding of Tolerance stack up, measurement and gauge.
6. Strong technical background in plastic injection and metal stamping.
7. Good understanding of manufacturing process ( assembly line process, ...).
