KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责





- support Manager Controlling Silicones Greater China

- prepare, develop and comment the monthly Controlling reports

- analyze business development; identify potentials for improvement in cost, productivity and result

- cost management / cost center monitoring for Division Silicones

- coordinate transfer price settings for Greater China intercompany deliveries

- facilitate analysis and communication to business partners for our Silicones Joint Ventures

for Controlling relevant topics

- ensure monthly data reconciliation between external IFRS and internal BER reporting;

identify gaps and eliminate deviations

- support all divisional specific budgeting procedures for BP1 / BP5

- monitor sales rebate agreements, check the profitability impact and provide financial counsel

- train local organization in existing controlling tools (Cost Center/SAP/BO) for all related Controlling concepts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件





Study of finance, economics, business administration or similar

- minimum 1-2 years of experience in Controlling or related disciplines in a multinational company

- familiar with SAP/CO/FI and MS Office/Outlook

- fluent in reading and writing English

- good communication skills / proactive working style

- team spirit

- self-confident and able to communicate with all managerial organizational levels

- understanding of commercial context and business needs and related risks

- ready to locate in Shanghai, travelling to sites in Greater China
