职位描述：
To define 5 years innovation strategy via synergetic collaboration with MKT, BD and sales team
-To convert strategy into concrete portfolio and NPD plan
-To implement NPD plan with ambitious but realistic objective, measurable phase target, task allocation and time frame
-To deliver innovation continuously within quality, cost, GM and time expectation
-Project management and people development

Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above in food science and engineering/chemistry or other relative fields.
-Above 5 years practical R&D working experience in instant noodle, snacking noodle, seasoning industry with promising competence on product and processing development, project and people management
-Be familiar with seasoning development, instant & snacking noodle formulation, processing, and equipment
-Comprehensive understanding about industrial development, market trend, consumer preference
-Strong leadership with vision and strategic thinking
-Excellent communicating, presenting and influencing skills
