职位描述：
Job Description：
1.Managing of all packaging projects of the company to an optimal level and up to the final creation of the package BOM in System.
2.Manage the optimization and best Packaging design (box dimension. Master carton dimension) for quotation and for operation. (Creation of packaging sets). Communicate proposed packaging solutions and dimensions to customers for approvals
3.Create packaging specification by customer's packaging requirement.
4.Communicate final packaging requirements to vendors and supervise the correct implementation of vendors IAW the packaging design
5.Communicate with Graphics providers and Graphic designers to collect the designed graphic and integrate into the packaging design.
Job requirement：
- University Graduate in either relevant management degree or any science or engineering degree (BCs.)
- Minimum 5 years Experienced in Packaging design and creation of packaging BOM
- Minimum 1 year management experience of packaging design team or packaging project management
- Automotive Background and experience with TS / ISO standard
- Work experience in an industrial manufacturing company
- Familiar with Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Auto CAD and other design tools and osftwares.
- Familiar with Design Quality requirements
- Capability to lead and work with a tea
- Good English reading, writing and spoken.
- Aggressive and target oriented. Leadership capabilities and willing to work and develop into new fields
and responsibilities
- Good communication skills with Vendors and packaging suppliers and designers
- High customer focused and capable of communicating with customers and meet customers requirements
- Familiar with AI, PS, CAD and other software tools
- Familiar with Quality Requirements on Packaging and Drop test procedures 举报 分享
