In China we have a manufacturing location in Changzhou Jiangsu province and a commercial office in Shanghai. In Changzhou we have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly manufacturing. The products assembled and produced in Changzhou are being sold successfully to domestic and global markets.
In China, there are more than 1000 highly skilled employees with many kinds of specialties such as Textile Technology, Commercial, design and Manufacturing.

Due to our rapid expansion we are currently looking for:
Spin Center & Lab Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to fulfill all the trails with optimal result
2. Manage spin center with full utilization
3. Control the test reporting
4. Responsible for all spin center machine maintenance
5. Monitoring and control technical processes
6. Management and organization of spin center
7. Distributing information to the stakeholders of other functions
8. Planning of the schedule for machine allocation and controlling optimal utilization at Spin Center.
9. Creating detailed test programs for customer spinning trials.
10. Monitoring and controlling of the practical test runs and adhering to the deadlines of the respective trials.
11. Establishing customer test reports in line with standard requirements of the Sales Department resp. the customers as well as according to internal minimal quality specifications

12. Adherence to time schedules of all trials
13. Professional and personal leadership of the staff
14. Monitoring and control of the expertise and the technical processes
15. Constant optimization and monitoring of work procedures within the Spin Center.
16. Efficient personnel allocation, taking the workload and costs into consideration.
17. Joint planning of time schedules for the basic trials with customer technology
18. Coordination and planning of local trials with Global Head of Spin Center
19. Monitoring of the climatic spinning conditions
20. Introduction of measures to counteract deviations that affect the test quality.
21. Management and organization of Spin Center
22. Responsible for maintenance of all equipment in Spin Center
23. Responsible for TIS data
24. Sharing of Spinning Trial Reports to other location
25. Control the result of the trials and feedback from sales
26. Cooperate with customer training
Qualification:
1. Above five years staple fiber yarn spinning experience
2. Good communication skill
3. Above 3 year in management
4. Bachelor degree above
5. Textile background and has staple fiber Spinning experience
6. Fluent English skills
