职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts for our three Brands.
2.Coordinate the work of printers, web developers and other third party service providers
3.Constantly benchmark performance vs. competitive set. Deliver best-in-class design and consumer impact for both brands
4.Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
5.Use computer software to generate new images.
6.Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
7.Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.
8.Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
9.Confer with Managers to discuss and determine layout design.
10.Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, Wechat and Internet websites.
11.Key information into computer equipment to create layouts.
12.Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with Managers and/or supervisors and making necessary changes.
13.Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
14.Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.
15.Develop negatives and prints to produce layout photographs, using negative and print developing equipment and tools.
16.Photograph layouts, using camera, to make layout prints for supervisors or clients.
17.Produce still and animated graphics for on-air and taped portions of television news broadcasts, using electronic video equipment (Not Essential)
Qualification:
1. Chinese & English Language – Chinese as first language and strong command of English (ability to produce content and participate in meetings in English)
2. Communications and Media -- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
3. Design -- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, software, databases and principles involved in production of impactful communications pieces
4. Sales and Marketing -- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
5. Professional, mature. Self-starter, proactive, intelligent, creative.
岗位职责：
1、主要负责公司平面设计工作，负责店面形象设计及相关的宣传海报等配套资料设计。

2、根据具体要求完成平面宣传品如宣传海报、宣传单张、宣传图册等的创意设计和具体排版。
3、负责公司日常平面设计、制作及其它图文处理；负责产品拍照/调色/修图。
4、须有较强的审美和创意设计能力，整体布局能力和色彩感好，能清楚地表达设计理念。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，平面设计、美术设计等相关专业，3年以上工作经验，有扎实的美术功底和设计文案功底，英语四级；
2、熟悉各项体育赛事（足球、篮球、美式橄榄球等等），热爱体育运动；
3、熟练掌握平面设计相关软件，PS，AI，flash等设计软件；
4、有深厚的平面美术基础，色彩感强，有比较好的审美观和大局观，设计理念独到，能根据要求正确理解设计意图，并能在有效时间内独立快速完成设计；
5、踏实认真，责任心、主动性强,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识；
6、需要优秀的英文读写能力。
